Grooming Appointment Policy

To help us provide the best possible service for both our clients and groomers, please review the following requirements before booking.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card is required to book and hold all grooming appointments.

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee
  • This fee will be charged to the card on file
🙏 This policy helps us reduce no-shows and ensures our groomers' time is respected.

Rabies Vaccination Requirement

For the safety of all pets and our staff:

  • Dogs must have proof of a current rabies vaccination on file
  • Proof must be provided prior to the grooming appointment
  • No exceptions
