All returns must be made in person at any of our locations.
Food and treats may be returned for any reason for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned with its original packaging for us to honor the return.
Opened topical or ingestible flea products and Seresto collars may only be returned for store credit or exchange and must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Brands include Advantage, Advantix, CapAction, Capstar, Cheristin, PetLock, and Seresto.
A full refund will be given for items returned with a receipt, in new condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the item was purchased.
Items returned without a receipt, in new condition, and in its original packaging may be exchanged or be issued a store credit at its current sale price.
Defective merchandise will be given a full refund or exchange if accompanied by a receipt; otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
Store credits do not expire but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
All clearance (orange tag) items are final sale.
